Contemporary Christian music is played as the instructor guides you through a unique yoga experience designed to calm and strengthen your body, mind and soul.
Larissa is a body alignment specialist with a degree in chiropractic. She is a yoga practitioner who understands your needs as well as an instructor of anatomy at Baker College . God is Amazing!!! Phyllis recently graduated from Holy Yoga and connected with us at Living Waters. She lives in Rochester, so we when we got the call for a Christian Yoga teacher for Rochester College, we could see God’s hand bringing this all together.

What a fabulous experience! Attending Living Waters Yoga classes has left me pain free, relaxed and peaceful.
Three years ago I had been diagnosed with back instability due to an injury from two auto accidents. I had very sharp back pain as well as radiculopathy (pain radiating down one or both legs). I had several months of physical therapy and was left with daily exercises to strengthen my core muscles.
In January of 2012 I happen to walk past the Living Waters sign offering Community Yoga (a weekly introductory complimentary session) in front of Jumps Restaurant and thought I would give it a try.
I tried it and loved it! Thanks to Sarah Mebus-Holder who encouraged me to try all the different classes, my life has improved. Sarah, Myreya Meyers, Marna Getz, Melissa Gray and Britta Hofmann are some of the gifted and professional Yoga Teachers that have had such a positive impact on my experience. Thank you so much for everything.
I just can’t say enough about Living Waters and highly recommend it to you. I have been able to return to cycling, walking, and swimming as well as sleeping pain free at night. The spiritual approach has left me more peaceful and relaxed. I think you will enjoy it too.
